Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. The shipping options and the exact shipping cost for your order are shown at checkout, before you pay.

How orders are made and shipped

• Clothing and most merch is printed to order for you by our print partners after you place your order. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days before the parcel is handed to the carrier.
• Records, signed items and bundles ship from the band in Sweden.
• If your order contains items from both groups, they can arrive in separate parcels on different days. You do not pay extra for that.

Delivery times

Typical total delivery time from order to your door, production included:

• Sweden: 1 to 2 weeks
• Germany and the rest of the EU: 1 to 3 weeks
• United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, USA and rest of world: 2 to 4 weeks

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays in peak season can add a few days.

Pre-orders

Items marked as pre-order ship when they are released. The expected release or ship date is stated on the product page. If an order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items may ship first.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking link when your parcel ships.

Customs and import charges

Deliveries within the EU have no customs charges. For deliveries outside the EU, your country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival; these are set by your local authorities and are paid by the recipient.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the delivery times above, or arrives damaged, email info@deadbyapril.com with your order number (and a photo if something is damaged). We will send a replacement or refund you at no cost to you.
