About your delivery
My order hasn’t shipped yet
Most merch is printed to order. Records and signed items ship separately from the band in Sweden. Preparation time depends on what you ordered.
Preorders ship when the item is ready. A processing update does not mean your parcel has shipped. Check the product page for the latest release or shipping information.
Where is my tracking number?
When tracking is available, you’ll find the carrier link in your order details and shipping email. If your order hasn’t shipped, there may not be a tracking number yet.
A tracking link can appear before the carrier has scanned the parcel. Check the carrier’s page for movement and delivery updates.
Only part of my order has arrived
Items can arrive in separate parcels, especially when your order includes printed merch and records or signed items. Check each shipment in your order details for its own status and tracking link.
I can’t find my order
Check that you’re using the email address from your order confirmation, and look in your spam folder for the sign-in code. Orders placed with another email address won’t appear under this one.
