Hey Pontus, I just woke up this morning and heard the parts of A Promise on the video blog—and wow, it sounds amazing! I can’t wait to hear what Chirstopher’s screams sound like! The tweaks you’ve made in the melody and vocals really take the track to the next level. There’s such a fresh vibe to it, and I’m loving all the little changes! Also, I caught what sounded like a new little guitar riff in the middle—such a cool addition! It really adds some extra punch to the song. Overall, it’s sounding awesome, man. Love you, bro, and take care!
The first parts are perfect. Your voice is beautiful by the way! The only thing I could say is that I like to hear only your voice without it to blend in with the other layers. I don’t know what I hear besides the lower singing. For me it’s cleaner without the lower vocal I think or less effects on the layers if there are any.
I can’t point it out what it is in that second part.
What I can say for sure is that I like your music a LOT!
It’s always the perfect combination and variation of melody,rythm, instrumentals (solo’s), scream, and ofcours the beautiful vocals. I always feel a combination of power (pain that turned into strenght) and love.
Your music is really recognizable,
I hope you don’t make too many changes in style because I loved every song as it was.
I listen to all of the songs daily on spotify.
I truly never get tired of them.
