1. How do I order an item in the DBA Store?

  • Once you've seen a product you want to buy, click purchase to add the product to the shopping cart. Similarly, you add additional items to your cart.
  • After you have added all the products you wish to purchase in the shopping cart, go to checkout, whose link you can find on the top right - Checkout - on the current page.
  • Select the desired method of delivery.
  • Check that all the products you wish to purchase are in your shopping cart. Do you want to change the quantity or remove any items you may do so at checkout. Want to add a product into your cart? find them as usual and click on purchase to update the shopping cart, and then you then proceed to checkout again.
  • Choose method of payment.
  • Enter your address and personal details.
  • Once all information is filled out correctly and you made sure that you put the right products in the shopping cart, confirm your order by clicking Finish.
  • You will receive an order confirmation e-mail confirming that we have received your order.
  • You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order will be processed within the next 24 hours.
 

2. What payment methods do you provide?

In the DBA Store you can pay with Paypal and/or credit card. 

3. How long is the wait time for my order to arrive on my doorstep? 

It varies for different products. The wait time can be anything between 1 to 4 weeks. However, on average you are likely to receive your parcel within a 2-3 week period. 

4. What are the delivery conditions in the DBA Store? 

Please see all delivery options and conditions at the checkout page. 

5. I’ve ordered two items but I only received one, where is my other item? 

Most items in the DBA Store are stock keeping items that we ship directly from our Dead by April HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. Some items, however, are so called drop-shipping items and are being shipped from a different location. Accordingly, if your order consists of two items, one of each category mentioned above, you are likely to receive two different parcels on two different dates. 

6. Do you provide the right to exchange?

At the time we are not able to offer this service. But if you've recieved a damaged item you can of course contact our support, and we will do our best to help you with your matter.
